Slowbro
Slowbro is a bipedal, pink Pok?mon with a tan, striped belly and a rounded, tan muzzle. It has large, vacant eyes, curled ears, and two small pointed teeth protruding from its upper jaw. It has three clawed fingers on its hands and two clawed toes on its feet.

Moveset
Water Gun
Attack Type: Melee
Slowbro builds up power to shoot a fierce stream of water which deals damage and lowers the speed of the enemy Pokemon. The longer Slowbro takes to build up power, the range of the move, slowing effect and damage increases.
Cooldown: 6 seconds
Scald
Attack Type: Melee
Shoots scalding water which does AOE damage. This move also lowers the speed and the attack of the enemy Pokemon. When hit, steam will emit from the enemy Pokemon.
Cooldown: 5 seconds
Upgrade
Level 11: Increases the vapor's area of effect.
Surf
Attack Type: Dash
Has the user charge forward on waves. The first wave deals damage to opposing Pokemon in the area of effect and throws them. (knockback)
Cooldown: 9 seconds
Upgrade
Level 11: Makes last 2 waves become bigger, knocking opponents up.
Slack Off
Attack Type: Recovery
Lies down and takes a rest, while continuously regaining health. The longer Slowpoke stays still for, the more health it recovers.
Cooldown: 1 seconds
Amnesia
Attack Type: Recovery
Slowbro clears its mind to regain some health. After usage, enters a status-immune state and increases defense and damage dealt by special moves.
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Upgrade
Level 13: Increased SpA.
Telekinesis
Attack Type: Hindrance
Makes opposing Pokemon float with psychic power. If used again, pulls the opposing Pokemon toward the user.

Slowbeam
Attack Type: Hindrance
Slowbro's Unite Move. Has the user stare at an opposing Pokemon and attack continually, dealing damage and binding (root) them. Shields the user and makes them unstoppable while they're using this move.
