What Pokemon are in Pokemon Unite?
Introduction
Announced on June 24, 2020, Pokemon Unite will be the first multiplayer online battle arena. This 5v5 team based strategy game will be developed by the Pokemon Company and Tencent's Timi studios. The goal is for one team to get more points than the opposing team in designated scoring zones.
Similar to the original series, your Pokemon can evolve and learn new moves as they level up. Battling will level up your Pokemon, letting you equip a number of new moves, which can be adapted for your playstyle. Levelling up enough will let your Pokemon evolve, and access Unite moves, which act like Ultimate abilities.
Note: Pokemon Unite is still in beta, things can be updated and not be reflected on this site.
Playable Pokemon
At the beginning of each match, players are able to select a Pokemon on the Pokemon Unite Selection screen. When the match starts, their selected Pokemon will start at Level 1. In order to evolve, the player must use their Pokemon to battle wild Pokemon to get experience points to level up.
Confirmed playable Pokemon in the game will include Pikachu, Charmander, Squirtle, Bulbasaur, Machop, Snorlax, Haunter, Talonflame, Clefairy, Riolu (as well as all of their evolutions).
